Open all  year Changeover day : Saturday Arrival : from 4 PM Départure : 10 AM  No pet allowed  Deposit on booking : 30%  Full payment required one month before arrival plus returnable security cheque (not cashed ) Number of people : It is on the contract and can't be more. Gas and water  costs are included in the rent Electricity cost : included Cleaning and sanitary controls are done all year round (swimming pool) Linen : possibility to hire it The house must be cleaned before your departure . If you don't feel like doing it yourself, we can for a small additional charge mentioned above, have it organised and done for you.
